In the case of leased workforce, an employee will be leased to you. We provide our service under a contract for services. According to § 635(1) of the Law of Obligations Act, by a contract for services, the contractor undertakes to manufacture or modify a thing or to achieve any other agreed result by providing a service (work), and the customer undertakes to pay remuneration therefor. The contract for services is concluded for a fixed term, for the performance of a specific job. That is, the essential purpose of the contract is to achieve the agreed result.

Our employees are citizens of the European Union, as well as citizens of third countries, mainly Ukraine.

We are the employer of the employee, i.e. the employment contract has been concluded between the employee and Intrezo OÜ. 

All obligations arising from the employment contract, including the payment of taxes, are the liability of Intrezo OÜ.

A contract for services is a paid contract, and the amount of remuneration for the work is in most cases determined in the contract by agreement of the parties. Billing is organised on the terms agreed by the parties in the contract for services.

The customer has the right to rely on defects if the non-compliance of the work with the contractual terms has arisen due to the contractor’s intent or gross negligence. As a contractor, we are experts in our field subject to a high standard of diligence in our economic and professional activities, which is why we provide the customer with the highest quality of service.
